Meet Celine,
Toronto based designer and illustrator
Currently in my second year of Interaction Design (IxD) at Sheridan College, I’m a naturally curious person who enjoys exploring creative hobbies. Growing up in Indonesia and adapting to new environments has shaped my belief that design should work across diverse contexts, not just ideal scenarios.
I prioritize several things,
Clear, intentional communication
When working, I believe clear communication and regular updates leads to better alignment. I've learned it’s always better to ask questions than to stay unsure, avoiding assumptions as much as possible.
Designing for every use case
I've noticed how subtle design choices often shape our experience, for better or worse. Keeping an open mind while designing is incredibly important to encompass the diverse group of people we design for.
Feedback as growth opportunities
I love asking for feedback and what other's think about my designs! I think what matters most is that the users I'm designing for understand how to use my solution without asking.
Experiences that shaped me,

Outside of digital work, I love experimenting with watercolour, photography, and reading.
I love the storytelling aspect of art and design. It still amazes me how a change in composition, expression and even small gestures on canvas can change what people think. A fun fact is that I can also paint on leather!
